Really unprofessional, never showed up as agreed.The technician Carlos said he would show up at 11 AM then said it would be 1 PM and then rescheduled again to 5 PM because he said he need to go to a friend's mass. We understood that but at 5 PM he didn't show up and only after we texted him did he admit the mass was still not over and he'd then have to still drive for half an hour. At this point we contacted the boss Chris and asked to please send someone else. Instead Carlos contacted us 20 minutes later to say he was on his way! We told him we cancelled it, he hung up, told Chris we were very rude and Chris told us to find another tv mounting company.Bottom line: this company defends its employees and is willing to send them to you even after they lie to you. Chris and Carlos are an awesometeam. Chris was super responsive and set me up with an appointment for the next day. Carlos was on time and mounted 3 TVs in one day. We needed our TV mounted and these guys had given us a quote within 10 minutes of reaching out. The price was exactly what we were looking to pay. Chris and Carlos are experts. I received a quote from Chris and Carlos came out for the install. I used Yelp to quote the job out to 5 other installers and Chris was the quickest to respond and very competitively priced. Their communication was on point and Carlos was right on time. I had 2 TV's to hang, one in the bedroom and the other in my home office. I just needed a power source added and the cables to be hidden. This is something Best Buy does not do. I searched on Yelp, placed 5 quotes and Chris the owner from LA TV Mounters responded immediately. Absolutely no hassle and no nonsense. An appointment was set-up quickly and they have very flexible weekend hours. The work was done by Carlos, extremely polite as well as a very professional technician. I did a verbal COVID screening as well as performed a temperature check and again Carlos was very thankful and willing to participate. We needed a TV mounted on short notice and these guys were outstanding -- a friendly tech who did high-quality work at a fair price. They were very careful with my TV and home and did a fantastic job of planning/measuring in order to ensure that the TV looked perfect when the job was done.
