I ordered a flower arrangement for a friend who just had surgery. I chose La Tulipe Floral Designs because I was recommended by a few people. Someone told me that they are family owned. I decided to give this flower shop a try. I ordered the flowers titled " One Fine Day", In the picture online, it looks like a beautiful vase with something green inside. I saw a picture of the flowers that my friend received, The vase looked nothing like the picture, The vase part didn't seem like it was glass, seemed like a cheap basket but couldn't tell for sure. The vase in the picture on the website seemed like clear glass. The vase  I saw from my friend seemed like a greenish color. Overall, they did A GREAT job designing them but it was way too pricy. I understand there is a delivery fee and other fees but it was way to pricy for the look of the flowers. It also looked really small.  I wish they put it in a better looking vase. Overall, I liked it but it wasn't great. I am not sure if I would use them again. I bet, there are other flower shops that may be a little less expensive.  I thought I would give them a four rating because the flowers looked beautiful but wasn't great. Wish it was a clear vase. I am not sure if I would order from them again unless they had coupons or better deals. More...

Annie was great to work with! When I met with her I had NO idea what I wanted for flowers, just a color scheme. We looked through the flowers in her book and I told her what I liked and didn’t like. She made some beautiful arrangements just with those. She was very professional and knowledgeable. My ONLY issue I had was my bouquet came in the wrong flowers! It was supposed to be white orchid and I got white roses. I wasn’t a fan of the way they looked, it was so big and heavy, and I loved the bridesmaids bouquets so much, so I used a bridesmaid bouquet I ordered for one of the bridesmaids that couldn’t end up making it. I’m still very sad as I was SO looking forward to having that beautiful white orchid bouquet but Annie was so nice and comped the cost of the bouquet AND the bridesmaid bouquet that I ended up using! Very nice of her. For some reason the flower substitution wasn’t written down in the order, and that’s where the confusion happened. A simple mistake. Annie is the best! When I was planning my wedding I knew I wanted the flowers to be amazing. I looked through tons of web images and I found many ideas. But, when the time came to deciding exactly what I wanted, I was overwhelmed. I worked with Annie and she created a beautiful design which was better than I could imagine. I was really impressed that Annie was willing to help me save money by replacing some expensive blooms with other flowers which were just as lovely. Living out of state I encountered La Tulipe Floral Designs online(Yelp), while looking for a florist local to my grandmother in Laguna Niguel. I wanted to send a nice arrangement after she had to go through a serious medical procedure. I was unable to make it to see her and wanted to let her know I was thinking of her and I cared about her through her medical hardships. I narrowed my search to LOCAL florists. I did not want to deal with (yet another) 800flower disaster so I stayed clear of the mainstream delivery services. Especially in my situation with my grandmother I wanted her to know how much she means to me through a simple gesture of a gorgeous arrangement. I browsed online at La Tulipe's gallery and it was phenomenal! They have dozens of gorgeous arrangements many traditional and many unique. They are what drew me to order from them. Ordering online was simple. I was able to get next day delivery for a very fair price. I ordered a beautiful pink arrangement in a simple vase with a beautiful baby pink satin ribbon. Gorgeous! After my grandmother received the arrangement she sent me a thank you message and a picture of the arrangement... let's just say I was not satisfied with the arrangement. My stomach sank and I was upset that the arrangement my grandmother received was not what I had ordered. It somewhat resembled it but it was not as gorgeous as the one I picked online. I reached out via email to a follow up email I received asking "How did we do?" From La Tulipe. I expressed my concern with the arrangement and the owner Annie was quick to respond in a friendly, helpful manner. She wanted to fix the issue and have all parties happy. (Shop, buyer, recipient) She sent a second arrangement to my grandmother on the house for the mishap. I got a message from my grandmother and she felt so special not only to have gotten the first arrangement (I was too embarrassed to let her know I was unhappy with the original arrangement) but to have gotten a second. It made me happy to know that it brought sunshine and happiness to her day and made her feel truly special. I want to thank Annie again for her kindness and willingness to fix what was not right (in an efficient manner at that!) I look forward to using La Tulipe for future deliveries to many other family I have in the Laguna Niguel area. More...

Met with Annie at La Tulipe to order a casket spray for my Uncle's service. I provided her a picture of what we wanted the arrangements to look like and the flowers we wanted. With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. It's amazing the quality of work the designer at La Tulipé provide for me and my office.EVERY TIME I send arrangements to a client or loved one, they ALWAYS tell me how well-crafted their floral arrangements were arranged! I'm not exactly sure what it is that makes the floral arrangements so amazing, but seriously, the only flowers my clients remember are the ones that I send from La Tulipé. Have also used them for event-related arrangements at venues like the Ritz and the Montage, and was very pleasantly surprised everytime they came under budget while also providing the highest quality work.
