What’s your signature dish?
Some of our common catering dishes include Spanish Paellas with options such as seafood, meat, and/or vegetarian. Additionally, we have a wide array of tapas (appetizers) like finger foods which caters to any age. We also offer burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, quesadillas, wings, etc.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We normally attach our menu and a few sample catering options to our emails. If the client has something different in mind or would like to add a dish that is not offered, we would be more than happy to accommodate them. I usually suggest either organizing a list of favorite dishes or tapas so that we may curate options specified to their preferences.
