Galliano Chicken- A tender chicken breast braised, and topped with a Galliano Liqueur Sauce served with our irresistible mashed potatoes and a seasonal vegetable.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
One of the first things we ask when meeting with a potential client is about favorite foods and restaurants. This gives us the "flavor" of the guest. We can create theme menus, gluten free menus, vegan menus, vegetarian menus, kosher menus...... you want it? We will find it!
What do you love most about your job?
We love turning dreams into reality.... and are passionate about delicious food. We shop with vendors who provide great seasonal items. All produce and meats are hand picked. Even our bakery items come from the best French Baker on the planet!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love serving great food.... I love giving great service. Catering was a match made in heaven for me! It's cliche.... but if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. That is me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I treat each event as if it were my very own. No detail too small or project to big for my personal attention. I truly LOVE LOVE LOVE catering & events, and can't wait to talk about yours!
