My sister won a gift card from The Day Time At Nine Morning Show and so we went today to try this place out and all I can say is WOW! Absolutely amazing service was what we received, they were very helpful with all of our questions and everything and then when we got home we noticed that 3 of the tacos wasn't made correctly so I called right away and they are going to make it right for me so I have nothing but good things to say about them and the food we did get. There chips and queso was great just enough zest but not overpowering, the bean and cheese tacos were big and actually had a decent amount of cheese where at other places you don't get hardly any cheese, the barbacoa tacos were out of this world, the potato and egg tacos were great as well (my family ate them) and last but not least the corn in a cup was great as well! OMFG! Worst thing I did was put that food in my mouth before taking it home to consume the rest of it. I almost got pulled over for speeding because all I wanted to do was get home to take my next bite. My kids started crying because I bowled them over in my haste to get to my kitchen table. My woman almost left me because I wouldn't share with her. The Pastor Torta was PERFECT...the seasoning of the adobo, the textures of the meat, with avocado, and the buttery bolillo has caused me anguish. Food was great, got the asada fries not knowing what to expect, they were so good I had to eat there twice that night(once when we got to 151 saloon and after all the drinking we did had to sober up with the return to the truck to eat again), the gentleman who was working it was nothing but nice. Really appreciate great service!!!

We had La Consentida at our church even this past Sunday. Unfortunately, we found out the second truck we booked broke down about 30 minutes before our event. I told Ellie immediately and she was quick to respond with making more food, and even had a few items already prepared for when our service let out. We do events like this through out the year and Ellie and her staff were some of the best we've had! They were quick with orders, the line was never super long, and their food was excellent! I will for sure use them again-their food, quick service (especially with the fact that we were down a truck!), and kind demeanor was such a delight to have and add to our event. More...

Just had the pleasure of enjoying some street tacos with the owners. The food was authentic Mexican and on point. Pastor and bistec tacos were generous, flavorful and distinct.
The menu is diverse but not too much. I was also told there will be more traditional recipes added to the menu shortly.
Great folks, great food. And they just opened, so get there before the crowds find this gem :)
