OMG!!!! Yesterday was my husband and mine 18th wedding anniversary and my husband had ordered roses from a company he had been using for over 15 yrs. .(Lighthouse Point Florals)and this is the second time they did not deliver,or call that they would not be delivering(The first time was MOther's Day)So last night at the last minute when my husband was all upset because I did not get a delivery he called La Bella Rosa Florist and not only did they deliver them at the last minute when they close at 6pm(and my husband called at 5:45pm)they were the most beautiful roses creation I have ever seen!! I stopped in here last minute looking for a nice arrangement as a hostess gift. I wanted to show up with something nicer than Publix flowers in cellophane. While there were not any pre-made arrangements to choose from, the owner immediately said he'd be happy to make me something on the spot. Within 10 minutes I had exactly what I wanted and the price was right. The owner even secured the arrangement in a box for me so that it wouldn't tip over in the car. I called this shop on New Year's Eve day at about 11am and requested the Sunshine Medley for delivery to my inlaws in LHP later that day in honor of their anniversary. I spoke with Sergio, the proprietor, who was very thoughtful and solicitous over the phone. He calmly promised a beautiful arrangment and delivery around 3:00pm, soon after his shop was closing for the holiday. I called from out of state and he offered to make one up just to be "sure I was happy" and less than an hour later, he sent me a sample picture of what he had in mind. Absolutely amazing service! Sergio prepared my mother’s birthday arrangements 30 minutes before closing! When I found out that may have been flowers that could’ve been potentially hazardous to her cat he had his driver turn around I’m the middle for delivery and bring the arrangement back. I happened by this florist on my way to the hospital to see a friend who's baby came early! Sergio, the owner, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I was at the mercy of selecting a pre-made arrangement (the 4 of them he had were pretty), but since she'd had a boy, I wanted a bit more blue flowers. NO PROBLEM...he set off to add about 6 more gorgeous flowers to the arrangement and changed out the ribbon. All of this for the most affordable price I've ever paid for flowers!!!He then proceeded to make me a box for the ride in the car! Who says customer service doesn't exist anymore! We recently used La Bella Rosa for the first time this weekend but it will not be the last time. We ordered a centerpiece of 2 dozen roses to be delivered to the Ten Palms Restaurant @ Gulfstream Park for our annual Kentucky Derby party. I ordered 24 long stem roses for late Valentines for my girl. She received them today and omg they where amazing. I have ordered previously from pro-flowers and the roses where super small and died in a few days. Proflowers charged me a lot for them as well. These flowers are amazing that I got from Bella. First time trying this flower shop. I purchased Hyacinth flowers. The owner S takes pride in his flowers and his clients.He was so kind, and patient with me . He explained to the importance of how to take care of these flowers and to prolong the life as long as possible. I was so impressed!
