I've been seeing Nikki for nutritional consultation for months now. I had never considered seeing a nutritionist to treat my chronic migraines until a friend suggested I give it a try. This little gem of a healing arts studio is wonderful. I had an amazing massage from Lumina with sound therapy, an intuitive reading and healing energy. I had been suffering from a moderate case plantar fasciitis for several months and the pain has been completely gone since her massage. The desk staff were warm and welcoming and there are wellness products for sale of the highest quality. I just had a wonderful massage with Kari. She really listened to my concerns and needs and did a mix of deep tissue massage and myofascial release. She used coconut oil and three different essential oils, they smelled great and the ambience was relaxing and welcoming. The space is open and beautiful, and the service practitioners are incredible. I had cranial sacral therapy at SATTVA, and, as a chronic pain patient, I can say that I have never experienced so much pain relief from one hour of therapy.
