Q&As

All clients will have an intro session of 20-30 mins to chat and get to know each other a bit better. We will discuss goals, medical/health history, restrictions and considerations, and lifestyle. We also will do a short, basic movement screen so Danielle can learn about a clients' individual movement patterns and natural tendencies.

I love combining my two favorite things, movement and helping people. I absolutely watching and helping people in their journey to be able to do something knew, to feel better, to have a better quality of life, to understand their body better, to get stronger, and to live healthier.

I do host remote workouts especially to keep clients on schedule but if in the area, I also love training in person.

Services

55 minute fitness sessions via Zoom. Every session includes a warm up, functional training scaled to the client, water breaks, and a cool down stretch at the end.

Client receives three generalized workouts per week with video demos attached to do on their own. Clients are supported by Coach Danielle via email and commenting on the workouts.
