I feel extremely lucky to choose the Kulen Law Firm for several complicated immigration cases including an H1B application from a start-up and an employment based green card application. H1B process was in 2017, when it got really hard to get approved due to current administration's changing policies. Kulen Law Firm did a great job answering a strange and strong RFE and got the petition approved within 5 months. I believe they deserve an extra credit for the fact that the company was was a small start-up (2 years when they applied for my H1B visa) with few employees.Employment based green card process was smooth, and straight-forward. They are very cautious with every detail to make sure the application gets approved without any RFE or delays. This does not only save money but also saves time when we are at a time that processing times are very slow for most applications.Last but not least, they are always available to get back to any questions you have to help you understand these complicated processes.Mr.Kulen and his team are great and I strongly recommend them for any immigration issues and applications.
