Yes, absolutely. Our clients are all over the United States and we have worked very well with regular means of communication and the clients have been happy with our services. Prior to starting our own business, we have had 100% telecommuting experience in the corporate world as well and that worked nicely. Technology and cloud applications makes remote work possible.
We respect our clients' time zones and work accordingly. Some of our clients are in California and Arizona - PDT, while others are on the east coast, EST and we respect their day schedules.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
1. Our team is up-to-date on COVID vaccinations and we strongly encourage our clientele to do similarly.
2. When meeting clients, we meet in a safe and hygienic, clean location with a secure internet connection if needed.
3. We wear masks during indoor meetings with clients.
4. Surfaces are cleaned and disinfected before meetings.
5. We maintain safe distances.
6. 90% of our work is done remotely at our office.
