I am a certified life coach who uses cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients develop a growth mindset to meet their goals, get motivated, and enrich their lives. I have a bachelors degree in psychology and am working on my masters degree in marriage and family therapy.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. That is why I went into life coaching, and it is also why I am going back to school to work on my masters degree in marriage and family therapy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This is actually the second business i have started. I first ran my own bail bonds company for ten years before selling it and going back to school. I love running my own business because I can help people i want to help, without having to answer to other people.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have dealt with significant life issues, such as going blind. I understand how frustrating life can be, and i also understand how hard it can be to start moving in a new direction. My experience helps me connect with my clients.

I work primarily online. I am comfortable with zoom, FaceTime, and face book messenger. I am also comfortable talking on the phone if thats what the client prefers.
