How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
For some people, diet is crucial to their well-being, others can get away with eating whatever they want. For people who want to feel better, finding the right recipe for that individual is a discovery we must make. Our founder, Kristin Wilhite has lived the path of a healer, through sickness and health, and found what works for her - nutrition, exercise, mindset, overcoming illness, depression, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. Her story and path will inspire you, her knowledge will give you confidence you too can and will change for the better. Healthy diet can bring about the ability to focus, mental stability, heal depression and diabetes, and overcome a multitude of mental and physical ailments.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people get well. I have had the greatest joy seeing people overcome their emotional burdens. When we clear the underlying mental and emotional blocks / baggage, what is left is divine spirit. Joy, elation and happiness have been results of our sessions. This is truly a gift for all (client and me) involved!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to give the most professional, valuable services possible and be able to interact with my clients directly. I come from a long lineage of teachers and entrepreneurs. It came natural to me to be an owner, in charge of customer service and quality control.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have 23 years experience in the holistic industry. From years of being a full time bodyworker (sports injury and massage therapist) and Zen therapeutic yoga instructor, I know how the physical body responds to traumas, stress, toxins, beverages and foods. I am dedicated to helping people discover how to eradicate unnecessary stress from their lives. Life is too short to suffer needlessly. When we don't have tools, we often look for escapes that drive us into a downward spiral. Our tools get quick, positive, effective relief so our clients can move forward and succeed in the areas of life that have been unattainable thus far.
