I contacted Karla late on the Saturday before Father's Day for an arrangement I needed delivered the next day for a funeral service.  I was so stressed because I couldn't find an open florist much less one that could create a large arrangement on such short notice - and on a holiday weekend to boot!  But Karla personally worked with me literally responding to my texts well after business hours just to get my color preferences and all the details right.  She even sent me a photo of the final product and confirmed that it was on its way for delivery.  Thank you Karla!  You are a life saver! Karla really came through for my daughter.  My daughter called Karla about 830pm Saturday night for floral arrangement for my daughter's mother-in-law's funeral at Mt Sinai the next day at 11am!  The large gorgeous bouquet was there in plenty of time for the funeral.  It was just what my daughter wanted.  Cannot recommend Karla enough!
