Kramer Events did a great job!! We had the best time and think everyone else did too :) Nick Malizia did a fantastic job DJing, was great to work with, and kept us all dancing throughout the night. The design meeting a few weeks before the wedding was very helpful, and made sure we were all on the same page and prepared for the big day. We used Kramer for lighting - which was beautiful in our outdoor setting - and for DJ services. This was one of those "meant to be" connections. When I called Kramer to book a DJ for my daughter's wedding, there was only one dj available for our date. Dustin Ward. When the couple-to-be met Dustin for their pre-wedding meeting, my daughter came home and said "Dustin is AWESOME ". I knew then that our event was in good hands! Sure enough, our wedding was a fabulous evening. Dustin is an incredibly talented dj. He (and assistant Brian) ran the reception with style, professionalism, keeping an eye on timing, holding good energy, they engaged the crowd, and everyone had an amazing evening. Renee was amazing. She made sure all small details were taken care of. The event felt like it went smoothly. Ultimately she made sure that we both enjoyed the day which was the most important thing we wanted from this event. I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator.

We used Kramer Events (Nick was our DJ) for our wedding last weekend based on Yelp Reviews, and they did not disappoint. From the very beginning, communication was strong between Melissa, Rachel, and me. Their prices were very reasonable for the level of service provided. Our "design meeting" with Nick was perfect, he was so friendly and warm. He sent us reminders in the weeks leading up to the wedding, which was helpful because everything was crazy and it helped to have someone reminded us to get our song requests in. Nick was awesome. He was a total perfectionist, but also made us feel laid back and rolled with the punches (like our ring bearer taking a little longer to get down the aisle than we'd planned music-wise). As we are all home now from Honeymoons and family vacations....I wanted to give my sincere thanks to the whole staff at Kramer Events. Our daughters wedding was about a month ago now here at our house. The outcome and beauty of the whole event OUTSIDE was amazing. Lights camera action and a whole lot of rain. My husband and I contacted Kramer Events because they were listed as a preferred vendor on a list we received from our Venue since we didn't live near and they exceeded our expectations BY FAR! !! They had a team for everything we were looking for and needed to make our wedding day so special!! From Coordination, to Photography, to Videography, to DJ/MC, to Photo Booths, to Lighting, etc, they can do it all!! The crew that we were so lucky to work with did such an amazing job with every little detail! I could not have asked for better DJ/MC services from kramer events! They literally KILLED IT!!! Great communication, great presence and amazing DJing. Kramer events has it all!! We used multiple services from Kramer for our wedding back in September and so happy we did!! Our DJ Conor was absolutely amazing- he is a pro and exceeded our expectations! Dj's are super important at weddings and Conor was the best choice! We had such a fun wedding full of dancing and everyone was on their feet! Our coordinator Liz was amazing as well! SO easy to work with and did a great job managing so many details! Our wedding went very smoothly and I (the bride) had nothing to worry about!! Thank you Liz!!! So great working with you. We also used the mirrored photo booth and that was so fun and different which we loved!!! Lastly we had extra lighting put around in the barrel room at the winery we were married at, Opolo. I was planning our wedding from a fairly long distance away and without Melissa and her team we would have been a stressed out, mess. What truly made our wedding complete though, was Dustin our DJ/MC. He was so relaxed and helpful throughout the last few weeks and our guests absolutely LOVED him! My husband and I contacted Kramer because they were an approved vendor for our wedding and they, by far, exceeded our expectations. They've got everything we were looking for! Photography, DJ, lighting and I'm sure I'm forgetting somethings- we didn't have to call multiple vendors for our wedding- one call and done. SUPER CONVENIENT! The DJ, Lou was in constant communication with me, making sure i got what i paid for & more. The photographer was awesome, he called week of to do a run through, making sure he knew where the boys and ladies were. He made me laugh, which was great for all of the photos. OMG the photos came our GORGEOUS! I didn't even know they were there during the ceremony. The lighting was perfect, not too dim and not too bright, they definitely knew what they were doing. Kramer is even putting together our photo album, which is amazing because I would love to put that together, but I know I never would. Paul and Tattina from Kramer Events recently DJ'd our event at the Sea Shanty in Cayucos.  They were wonderful!  Paul and I had a pre-meeting and went over our time schedule, he kept our wedding and reception right on schedule. They played all our must hear and Paul searched out a special dedication to my daughter, Jane Says from Jane's Addiction!  And a radio version of Loves What I Got from Sublime for my son. As well as Beatles, Frank, Dean, Supremes and yes Old school Madonna,.oh and Bruce Springsteen!  Yes more current music was played. We recommend using Kramer Events. We got married on 10/19/18 at Jalama Canon Ranch & Vineyard in Lompoc, CA. We used Kramer Events for our wedding's outdoor lighting. Picking a DJ was one of the harder vendor choices for us, and we are so happy we booked with Kramer! A lot of the DJs in the area were very casual during interviews and negotiations and it made it us uncomfortable. We really appreciated the professionalism you receive when hiring Kramer. We utilized Kramer's services as our DJ, lighting, and sound on our big day, and boy did they not disappoint. Melissa Kramer was our coordinator and Conor was our DJ for the day-of. Melissa was engaged and bubbly the whole time, giving us clear direction and coordination so we were well aware the entire step of the journey - it made everything that much easier. Conor took into account all our requests and then some making for such a special and unique night that I only wish we booked him for longer to let him open up with his own thoughts for playlists. When it comes to fun and lively, Kramer should be your go-to for an unforgettable night.

As a side note the client portal, with which we input all our preferences, really streamlined and helped to avoid any lost-in-translation that could have occurred on the big day, especially since we were coordinating long distance. Additionally, using the high-tech mirror photo booth was great - we just wished more people used it at the end of the day. Perhaps a shout-out from the DJ that this was in the back would have helped with this but neither I nor Kramer thought to emphasize this in our earlier discussions.

We worked with Kramer Events for our wedding on May 2018, which included DJ and MC services and LED uplighting. This was a wedding at La Cuesta Ranch. Our DJ and MC was a dynamic duo of Lou and Dustin. This review is about Lou and Dustin as well as the process of getting to our wedding day. Overall, we would highly recommend. One of the best decisions we've made. They made our wedding exciting, fun, and memorable.

For our initial exploratory meeting, we met with Melissa at Kramer Events' offices. Everywhere you look you are reminded of how many weddings they have done over the years. Not to mention, there was free booze. Melissa explained the various packages and answered our questions. Once the event agreement is finalized, you are provided with your own dedicated planning portal where you are asked to provide information about the wedding for planning purposes. It was a lot of work, but these forms helped us think through certain aspects of the wedding that we would have never thought of.

About two months before the wedding, we met with Lou for a design session at Kramer Events' offices, which our wedding coordinator joined. This was helpful because it connected the dots. Lou was great at explaining how everything will go, answering our questions, and making adjustments to the timeline. He played all of the songs that we had planned for reception, grand entrance, as well as any must-plays. There are these speakers in the room, so I was pretty sure everyone in the office could hear our songs. It felt like a true design session.

The day of, everything went as expected. We were warned prior that Lou has a way of making weddings a lot of fun and without a doubt, Lou and Dustin rocked it. They knew exactly what they needed to do, when they needed to do it, and did it very well. They also were very good at reading the crowd and adjusting. We've had several guests very positive comments on Lou and Dustin. "One of the best DJ duos" was a common comment. More...

Do yourself a favor, HIRE KRAMER EVENTS!!! It is truly the best decision that I made when booking my wedding.
From the moment we entered Kramer Events, I knew I was in good hands. Melissa was the most kind and genuine person. Every step of the way, Melissa Kramer was there for whatever question I had. I booked Kramer for coordination, DJ, Videography, Lighting, and photography. Here are my individual reviews on each service:
DJ Lou Mars was absolutely phenomenal. He kept the party going, and paid attention to every detail I shared with him during our consultation. DJ Lou made all of my guests feel comfortable by taking requests, and remembering guests names.
The uplighting made the venue SO beautiful! It truly made the room so exquisite, and fully carried out the mood we were trying to achieve. The lighting looks amazing in all of our photos, and I am so glad we chose to add the lighting package.
As a coordinator, Renee is hands-down, EVERYTHING!!! I love her so much! Renee took amazing care of us with her calm and happy demeanor, and truly made us feel like she had everything handled. There was not one thing wrong on my wedding day and I know that is because Renee was behind the scenes carrying out every one of my ideas. Renee was kind to all of my guests, kept everything running smoothly, and showed that she really cared for my whole family. I know that Renee and I will always keep in contact, it really was an instant friendship. She is unbelievable, and I am so grateful for her!
Justin and Nawal were wonderful!!! They made myself, my husband, and my step-kids feel very comfortable all day. To top it all off we were pleasantly surprised with ALL of our photos 4 DAYS after the wedding. This is unbelievable service, and the photos are SO intensely beautiful.
Jack kindly agreed to film only my ceremony, which is not usually a package offered. He even brought his drone to make the video even that much cooler!
