I've been training with Michelle for 2 months and the experience is great. I'm involved with the functional bodybuilding classes and the results are definitely showing. Not only are the workouts on point but so is the community that use the facility. I'm happy to have people to exercise with that are down to earth and willing to hang outside of the gym. This is an experience that you want to have if you are serious about safely transforming your body and having an enjoyable time doing so.
