Keri has been integral in our kitchen remodel. This is an entire gut job, and from the beginning she has been available and responsive. I appreciate that she sourced all the materials and brought samples to our house for us to decide. I had a general idea of the feel I wanted and working with Keri brought that to life. I can't say enough about Keri and KP Spaces. We found her as we were getting ready to refresh our home of 24 years. We have a lot of "stuff", we needed to update and eventually we knew we needed to do a total kitchen remodel as well.
We started with the main floor refresh which included a powder room remodel. She came up with the perfect plan and found the most beautiful tile for the wall behind the sink. Everyone comments on it. Gorgeous. Then it was on to paint, carpet and furniture. She honored pieces that I already had while helping me to fill in with pieces that would provide a new look. We edited down all the "stuff". Walls are now breathing in places, cherished treasures from our travels are highlighted. The family photo wall in the den is just perfect.
Onto the kitchen last spring. We knew the look we wanted and we found the perfect granite for the counters and tile for the floors. The cabinets are light and bright. The lights Keri found for me are outstanding and so different. No cookie cutter for me.
The best thing though about Keri is that she is truly a wonderful person. She really cares about her clients and listens carefully to what they envision. She is not offended when you don't like something and is not intimidating at all. And she is just so nice!

Keri transformed our tired 1935 home into the updated, bright and comfortable space we wanted. She is an excellent listener and quickly zeroed in on our style. She saved me hundreds of hours by finding the perfect paint, lighting, and window treatments. Keri improved the layout and selected new furniture to complement items we chose to keep. Keri designed the master bath of our dreams in our new addition and guided us in the selection of all the materials (tile, flooring, furniture, fixtures and lighting). We hired Keri of KP spaces to assist us in completely renovating a condo we had purchased in Ballard. Its a second home for us and we live in Tampa.
Keri couldn't have been more perfect. She had great ideas, was easy to work with, and made coordinating the project from 3,000 miles away effortless. Best of all, she was cost conscious and worked within our budget, never steering us needlessly to the most expensive option. We are delighted with the final product. We'd hire her again and would recommend her to anyone.

KP Spaces was highly recommended by my real estate agent and they certainly lived up to his praise. Keri was able to quickly assess my property for staging even when it was occupied and supplied me with a detailed quote.
It was very easy to work with her to revise that quote to get it within my budget and she came up with very tasteful and fun decor for my home.
Three days after my home went on the market a buyer fell in love with it and offered $40,000 above asking price. I don't believe that would have happened without the excellent job of staging KP Spaces did.

Keri is a treasure! I was overwhelmed at the thought of re-doing the whole house and Keri made it all possible. We broke the project down into pieces and it went smoothly and efficiently - and it was fun! Her eye for color is extraordinary. Fabrics also seem to come naturally to her. She helped with everything from getting rid of old furniture to picking all new paint colors to new rugs to accessorizing, etc. and we're pleased with all the choices. We also did a funky room re-purposing that other designers had warned me against, but Keri embraced the challenge. We love our "new" room and are so happy we went ahead and tried it. She had to act as moderator between my husband and me at times and did this with grace and humor. Our project came in slightly under budget and it was done in about 4 months compared to the 6+ months I anticipated. Keri is the most talented and professional designer I've had the pleasure of working with. What I appreciate most about her is her willingness to work with me as the client.
She also is okay when I turn down an idea or want to go in a different direction completely. Although, I must say, usually Keri's initial ideas are best and end up looking amazing despite my hesitancy. It always comes out a masterpiece.
KP Spaces was hired for first a small job and now I can't make a design decision without hiring her again and again.
Her aesthetic is bold while still being understated. There is a sense of humor to Keri that also comes with her design that can make things fun. Her use of organic materials is very welcomed. She brings nature into every room. But she also knows how to refine a space and create the balance needed.
One of my favorite things about Keri is that she's not afraid. She knows when to go big. And she does it with style and grace. I love everything I've seen her do. I recommend her to ALL of my clients, who are all very grateful to have hired her.
She can somehow blend a variety of periods to create an entirely new space every time. She doesn't do cheesy, and I feel I actually now have a better design eye and have grown to know what I like individually through working with Keri.
