The first time I had had stuffed bell peppers since dear old Mom made them years ago. These were just a tad salty, but delicious nonetheless. The Greek salad was the freshest I have had in many years. I wish I knew where they get their tomatoes! Absolutely amazing! We had the Pikilia appetizer (Assortment of dips & pita bread- my favorite was the kopanisti). We also tried the Avgolemono soup - delicious. My husband got the lamb gyro - makes me think we've never had a real lamb gyro before - this one was outstanding! I ordered the Pastichio (upon the wonderful waitresses recommendation). WOW! Actually it was excellent. For 2 people we had Calamari, Grape leaves, Lamb taverna, Spanakopita and Baklava with Retsina.
Portions were generous.
Wine coulda been colder. Spanakopia needed more flavor, and baklava average, but otherwise VG.

Wandering into Koutouki, it was easy to imagine I had been transported to Patras or Levidi. The staff was friendly and attentive, while I relaxed in the shaded outside patio, savoring every bite of the Mossaka that was served bubbling hot from the oven. Πολύ νόστιμος!
