Precious pets was so kind and thorough with getting my giant schnoodle groomed. At drop off I was asked how I’d like him cut. I asked for his schnauzer beard to stay if possible. Later in the day I got a call asking if it was ok that they couldn’t leave the beard due to matting. She was very resourceful with options for brushing at home so in the future he can have his beard! We were driving through the area when our dog decided to roll through some yucky stuff and we happened to call these people to ask if they could fit him in right away for a bath. We have taken our 3 Pekengese's to Precious Pets Resort for several years now. They take amazing care of our babies! Our oldest is now 14 years old and blind in one eye and has lost most of his hearing. They watch over the pups carefully and they are happy and excited when we take them. I wish there were weekly rates instead of daily, for long stays , but other than that wonderful doggy hotel! More...

I have worked at this facility for over two years, these people here are truly passionate for the dogs! They look over the dogs skin and overall health while grooming to make sure the dog is in good health which is amazing! Each groomer here has their own fun personality which the dogs enjoy just as I have! I've seen most dogs just run and jump on their table because they're so excited!! Each groomer takes the time and patience with each dog so there's no worry leaving your dog there because they are in great hands ❤️The resort is also full of people so full of love for every single one of these dogs. They take time out of their day to make sure each one is comfortable and give them one on one attention! Dogs who may not like other dogs or even get nervous enjoy their time there because they have care assigned individually to fit their comfort! No matter the breed or background! I love Precious Pets staff and the small town feel! Where I used to go to bring her to get groomed she would shake the whole time. Now I bring her to get her hair cut and do daycare at least once a week and my dog begs to run back to play with the dogs. I have two dogs, a large black lab named Jake who is 19yrs old and a polar bear named Daisy who is 2.5 yrs old. I took them in for grooming and they both came out looking awesome! Jake is a very smart dog and can communicate quite well. He has a way of telling me if he wasn’t treated good or is upset. It’s a very specific movement of first tossing my hand in his head, then tucking his head behind my knee. He was wagging his tail like crazy. Daisy is a Great Pyrenees and still has puppy brains. She can be a lot to handle and nearly impossible when being groomed. She hates to get wet and bucks wildly any time you try. She will also try to wrestle the brush away, kick and jerk when you clip her nails and forget about brushing her teeth. They got all of this done and didn’t even sedate her or anything!
