Seeing people change themselves and seeing how that change impacts their lives for the better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've worked in a few gym settings over the years and I was unsatisfied with the one dimensional style of help people were getting. I know for a fact that it's not enough just to focus on exercise alone. For us to be healthy, resilient and happy we need to focus on all aspects of ourselves. That's what I intend to help people do.

Yes, I do online coaching as well as in-Person at your home. Live through Zoom or Google Meet.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have no problem wearing a mask if that is what my in-person clients feel most comfortable with.
