All Around Excellent Movers!!! From start to finish, Konstant Movers provided excellent service. First of all, the price quoted was among the most reasonable of the 10 quotes I received. Secondly, I had a very narrow window of time that I could schedule the move, and Konstantine worked very hard to meet my time constraints. He texted me a few minutes before he arrived, arrived right on time, and had a very spacious, extra-large van. He and his colleague moved some very heavy items for me and deftly assembled a day bed at the delivery site. It was an incredibly hot day and they were both very professional. I appreciated how conscientious Konstantine was of time to ensure that I wouldn't be charged an extra hour. Very disappointed in our interaction with Konstant Movers. I reached out via Yelp a week ago for a quote. Someone with the company got back to me with a quote and scheduling options. We agreed on a time and briefly discussed the move. I assumed all was set. I reached out to Konstantin (the owner) today to confirm our appointment tomorrow at 9am. He says I don't have an appointment. He has no idea who I talked to, it wasn't him (he's the owner, he should have some idea who is handling his yelp page) and he doesn't even believe I did talk to anyone. I wouldn't have left a review if he had been at all apologetic about the mix up, as it's clear to me the issue was on his end. He just kept me on the phone for 15 minutes while he "looked for my appointment" before I asked him straight up if anyone was going to show up tomorrow morning and he said no. I get it if there's more needed to finalize an appointment, but that was never explained. Just left me hanging. Scrambling now to find someone else on short notice. Great communication by email and text. They let me know when they would arrive and went right to work. Moved out of a 1 bedroom and took care of my stuff. Great service! I reached out for a quote through yelp and got a response super fast. I booked them same day within two hours of first contact and they were able to help us. They moved us quickly and efficiently, it took us three people and twice as long to move this stuff before! They got there about 2:10 truck was loaded by 2:50 and unloaded at our new place by 3:50! Konstantine was fast, prompt, punctual and hassle-free. Requesting a quote (and getting one) was a smooth matter. Many movers don't give you a straight answer as to a quote, they just send you their regressive rate sheet as if you would do an hour of math homework just to deduce their estimate. RUDE, Rude, rude. I hired them to move a 9ft long curved couch upstairs to my house. I sent a ton of photos prior to their arrival, because it was a difficult job but not impossible. As soon as they saw the couch they started to be rude, speaking in another and getting loud asking "where do you want it" with a attitude. Na not me not in my house. I was looking for moving help last minute on Labor Day weekend to move the big items I had left in my apartment. Konstantin replied quickly to my request, was friendly, and very communicative. Him and one of his guys came and got boxes, a king size bed frame, a mattress, a Peloton, and some other items safely into their van within 20 minutes of arriving! I moved to the East Bay, and many movers denied me service because of the drive. It is about 30 miles - but Konstantin did it no question. He didn't charge for traffic, but there wasn't any anyways. My move went absolutely perfectly. I reached out to Konstantin on Yelp for a quote the week of my move and he answered almost instantly. Every question I had, Konstantin was there with an answer and a helpful one at that. We moved my entire studio in 1 cargo van (plus a return trip for some furniture I changed my mind on), and Konstantin was always transparent and helpful with estimating the costs. The whole move took only 2 Â 1/2 hours and I was very pleased with both their expediency, and how gentle they were in packing and wrapping some of my more expensive pieces. Konstantin was quick to respond and very professional throughout. He found the most efficient way to move my belongings from my old apartment to the van to my new apartment. Konstantin and his partner were awesome. I asked for a quote the day before my move, and he promptly replied with a reasonable amount - pretty much the same as other quotes I received - and gave me a time he was available on my move day. The two of them showed up at my storage unit and quickly but carefully packed everything into their van, then met me at my new apartment and unloaded it all. 80 minutes to move a few big pieces of furniture and TONS of boxes of books.
