The YMCA is such an amazing place. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, open & welcoming, it's a fun, comfortable, relaxing place to forget about the "outside" & concentrate solely on yourself or family. The employees are extremely encouraging, even if in passing. They offer many different programs, classes & activities from infants to infinity No matter your skill level, you're never led to believe you're "different", etc. in any part of the Y. I cannot even begin to say how much the Y has changed my life for the better. I attend most of the water exercise classrs and get such a great workout from them. The instructors Cheryl Parrot, Christine Luckey, Whitney Wright and Sue Mueller are not only very knowledgeable on water exercising, but also make working out so fun. They motivate me every single time to always do my best. They are very encouraging and always produce a workout that is challenging to people of all different fitness levels.
