Day of the event, I was informed that the bounce house my son had picked was unavailable and he had to choose another option. Had to provide my own tables and chairs for balloon twisting + tattoo artist. Balloon twister and tattoo artist neither one asked what anyone wanted and appeared to not speak English as they couldn’t understand what we were asking for and just did designs they chose instead of what the kids wanted.
