I have bought many Kohler products (a vanity, toilet, sinks, faucets and backsplash). Just walking in their store has inspired me! When you’re doing a big renovation like a kitchen and two baths, you’re looking for ideas and ultimately wanting a timeless design. One that you won’t get sick of, and colors that give you a sense of comfort. I found such unique and modern tile in their store (kitchen backsplash and shower tile). I received SO much help from Andy Pisciotta!!! This is who you want to help you. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has years of experience doing work on his own homes. He goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what is needed for install, and gives you very helpful tips for making it as seamless as possible. He is also is someone who I look to for opinions on design and aesthetic. He has a really fresh take on choices that may seem ‘ordinary’, and gives suggestions that you may not have even considered. We wanted to update our 1938 bath, shower and vanity (1980) with modern quality fixtures. We decided upon the Kohler Artifacts style. Stacy at the Kohler Signature store iterated with us on exactly which items would work. The store has a wealth of choices that can be overwhelming but Stacy guided us to a final selection. Our plumber handled the hard part during installation of the new tub/shower valve to replace the old hot/cold valves. The pictures of our installation speak for themselves. The store is very nice. I was greeted by David when I arrived. He was very polite and friendly. He ask what brought me in and listened attentively to my answer. He took me to the items that I was interested in and gave me a few options. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the products as he explained and demonstrated how they worked. We wanted Robern, mirrored medicine cabinets for our master bathroom. Our builder recommended we contact Peggy Tart at the Kohler Store on Clayton Rd. Peggy was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She followed up with any questions promptly and on delivery. Andy has been so great at helping me outfit several of my bathrooms, with free-standing tub fillers, toilet (AND toilet handle! ), and faucets!! He's helped beat prices I've found out on the web, and is always so helpful (he even called me so my tub fillers wouldn't get delivered to my jobsite after my workers left for the day, so that they wouldn't risk getting stolen, and then went the extra mile and carried them and put them in my car himself!!). I've worked with Courtney on the renovation of two bathrooms and she is extremely knowledgeable on all of the Kohler lines(Robern, Kallista) as well, Ann Sacks tiles, as other manufacturers.
