A healthy diet is SUPER important to someone's health and wellbeing. Everything we do in our day is fueled by the food we put into our body. Like a car running on fumes or bad fuel, your body is only going to perform as well as it can based on the fuel you give it. BUT that doesn't mean a healthy diet has to be all "broccoli and chicken" (both can be amazing). Finding the right diet for you tailored to the foods you love can make a healthy diet exciting AND makes it easy to stay consistent with it!

I help my clients reach their fitness goals by first acknowledging their "why". That is the fuel for their success! When things get tough, and there will be days where they will want to throw in the towel, remembering WHY you're on this fitness journey will give you that edge to push past the obstacles. And being on this journey alone is going to be tough, otherwise everyone would do it! So having a coach in your pocket 24/7 to push you through those tough times is going to further set you up for success!

I really wish there was a secret. But to be honest, it's just consistency. We'll start something and might see some results, or find that NEW "21-Shred". But then what? Developing healthy habits that build into a consistent way of pursuing your fitness goals is the easiest way to achieve the body of your dreams, AND keep it!

I love being apart of the journey. Sounds cliche. But when someone express sheer excitement and joy over achieving their success in health, it's contagious! It impacts people's daily lives and you hear more than just "hey I lost some weight". People find a new passion and love for life! They enjoy things they couldn't enjoy before due to anxiety and stress about their physical state. It's seeing people's lives changed and knowing they're happier for it!

I was inspired to start my own business online cause I wanted to not be confined to the limitations of working with just the people in my surrounding area! Being able to connect with people and make an impact in an online format allows me to be apart of people's journey to total wellness, no matter where they live! And it gives me the freedom to still be a father to my two amazing kids!

I am someone who listens. Sounds simple. But we often find ourselves in a world where more and more things are prescribed to us and we're just told to "do it". Even in the health and fitness space. I'm also a human being who understands that health and fitness is NOT a "one size fits all" deal. So listening to YOUR goals, YOUR capabilities, YOUR why....it allows me to connect with you as a human being and tailor this entire experience to YOU.

My services are ONLY online and remotely. Everything that I do as I work with my clients is through my app (KOA Wellness - App/Google Store).

This allows my clients to see their assigned workout schedule with visual aids for each workout. Each workout designed for home or gym!
Track their nutrition and see their macros through the app. Track other metrics like steps, water intake, etc.
Access an in-app chat function that is exactly like texting me whenever you have a questions, need correction on a form, etc.
And it's Apple Watch and Fitbit compatible!
Plus clients can receive 1-on-1 coaching via video calls through the app

Since I am 100% online and remote, I am able to coach my clients from the safety of their home and comply with COVID-19 guidelines. And clients can conduct their workouts from the comfort of their home, or at a gym and abide by COVID-19 protocols at their discretion.

I offer nutrition coaching to those looking to improve their overall health. Whether it be to lose weight, build muscle, or make healthier life choices. I also work with individuals who have specific dietary restrictions (Vegan, Pescatarian, etc.). I also use nutrition to help individuals who are struggling to regulate hormones (Hyperthyroid, Hypothyroid, etc.)

I offer 1-on-1 Life Coaching to those looking to overcome obstacles in their life in various areas. Career/Occupational, relationships, Stress relief, etc. I also work with individuals to create healthy life habits that allow them to get "unstuck" in life.
