This is the third time I have used Knoxville Executive Transportation and I could not be more pleased. My mother is elderly and I am uncomfortable having her drive the Knoxville highways to the airport so have begun arranging transportation when she flies. After an unfortunate incident with a different executive limo service that left my mother stranded at the airport late at night after failing to show up as promised, I was nervous about a repeat. Rob was very reassuring and my mother fell in love with him immediately. He has never failed her and I will continue to secure his services for as long as necessary. My flight got delayed multiple times , then I got redirected even though it was pass the time they still came and got me , I highly recommend this company not many ppl pick up customers after they are closed ... best service ever!!!

Rob took care of an emergency ride for my son when his car broke down from Knoxville back to Bloomington, IN. From the time I called to the pick-up was less than an hour and he got my son back safe and sound and even called me to confirm. I highly recommend!!!

I am a pilot and I flew in to Knoxville yesterday. My company arranged for me to be picked up by Knoxville Executive Transportation Services. A really nice fella named Rob greeted me at the FBO and took me to my hotel. Later, he picked me up again and transported me to and from a popular area restaurant. After the impeccable service I received, I will never again use a taxi when flying in to the Knoxville or surrounding areas.
