Knockout Pest Control is an excellent company!!! The telephone representatives are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. All of the technicians have been excellent! Most recently, we have worked with Frank and Enrique. We are more than pleased!!! This week, Enrique safely removed a hornet's nest that the landscaper had uncovered. I highly recommend knockout pest control! They have been to my house on several occasions for various reasons and have always been prompt and efficient. They are always able to give me an appointment right away. The past few times Alin S was the tech who came to our house and he was great in identifying the problem immediately and taking care of the situation right away. Just signed up for the KO 12 package and was very happy. I called today and they sent someone within the hour for a termite inspection as well as sprayed for my ant/cricket/spider issues. Called and spoke with Erin on the phone. Immediately she heard my panic and was the best with me on the phone. She helped me purchase a year's service then she scheduled a guy to come to my house to kill the Wasp issue we had. He was there within 3 hours. Knockout pest has horrible management. The servicemen are nice but after referring our entire building to the company, the company refused to show any appreciation and offer us any courtesy discount and wanted over $500 a year for an annual contract. When I said I had young kids and didn't want pesticides they insisted on same price just to spray green essential oils around the property that it admitted would wash away after one rain storm. Then charged me $200 for the one time spray because I wouldn't sign the annual contract. Very poor business minds at this company and no customer appreciation for referrals. I ended up not needing bed bug services, but the woman who I talked to really helped me deal with the bed bug scare. She asked lots of questions to help me determine if I had a problem or not. No hard sell. Thought she determined I didn't have bed bugs, she gave me lots of great advice for preventing a problem in the future.
