Don and his fam came through (again) for my daughters 9th bday. I was getting indecisive about the type of bouncer to accommodate all the kids in attendance (2-10). KnD JumpAround was amazing for our sons 6th birthday. Their customer service was impeccable from the moment we spoke about the event until the end. We also had a last-minute hiccup with the Park needing a certificate of insurance and they were on it and took care of the issue right away and got back to me ASAP. Reserve early, they book up quick! Â Don is great to work with. He communicates via email, calls, texts and responds quickly. Booking via the website was simple. Set up and clean up was fast! Reserved a wet jumper with KnD for my daughter's birthday party about a month in advance. It was easy reserving the jumper via their online form. Easy online payment. I received an email confirmation as well as a phone call the next day to confirm my reservation. They called a few days before the party to reconfirm our reservation. They called the morning of the party to let me know they were on their way to deliver the jumper. They were punctual, friendly, and professional. They cleaned and sanitized the jumper during set up. They called to let me know they were running a little late for pickup. Communication was very open. Excellent customer service! Excellent family operated business! Great service we booked two different events with them over the weekend one was a jumpy house and another was games and for both activities they came through the kids love the jumpy house stayed in it all day long and the jumbo Jenga game and connect four game was a huge success as well at our party thank you again KnD for the great service.

Booked the 12' waterslide for my daughter's 3rd birthday and it was a hit! Kept all the older kids outside and entertained. For the past 4 days my daughter has woken up and asked where the slide went, she thinks it was "awesome!" Communication was great from start to finish, they set it up with minimal contact and took it down the same way, they were extremely polite.
