A website remodel had been on my to-do list for the past 3 years but the idea seemed so daunting. Needless to say, it remained on the back burner. When a board member connected us with Knapsack I was thrilled.They guided me step-by-step through the process and kept me on track with a timeline and an organized method for uploading content. Joy is really good about sending out reminders of due dates and Ben is great with design work and making our vision a reality. He even created a custom training video for our staff to make it easy for us to finish adding content and make updates on a regular basis.The final product is beautiful and working with Knapsack was a wonderful experience.
