I cannot say enough great things about Emily and Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks! Emily was not only so extremely helpful and knowledge when we first planned out and secured our hotel block for our original May 2020 wedding, but she has gone above and beyond by helping us move our hotel block TWICE due to postponing our wedding twice due to Covid. She always was so prompt with emails and communication and really helped me walk through the entire process of securing the hotel block which is something that is so important when you are planning a wedding in a different state where most of your guests will be traveling in! Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks was incredible! Sourcing and confirming accommodations for our guests was NOT something I was looking forward to - and this service came to the rescue at the exact right moment! Our wedding was at the DeSeversky Mansion on Long Island on May 12, 2018. While our venue was amazing in every way and provided a TON of valuable vendor resources, we were concerned that the suggested hotels might be too small or pricey to accommodate all of our guests comfortably. Nicole P was our Sales Consultant at Kleinfeld and she quickly came up with the suggestion (among others) of a *brand new* not-even-open-yet Hilton Garden Inn in Roslyn. The hotel itself, the location, the price... everything was on point for us. We specified that we needed a place to hold brunch the day after the wedding, that buses would need to fit into the driveway for guest transportation, and that we'd ask the hotel to distribute gift bags to our guests. Check, check, and check. Truly, Nicole took this entire task off of our plate, and for that I am so grateful! She was highly responsive and thorough - even and especially when I was overwhelmed with other wedding tasks and needed a reminder. The process of establishing a contract and signing it and handing everything off to our awesome Sales Manager Alana B at Hilton Garden Inn was seamless. She made sure my Hilton Rewards Account was active and on the contract, and probably did so much more behind the scenes that I didn't even realize.
