If I could give this company a negative rating I would.  They no showed on one day that my daughter took of work expecting them and then tried to tell me the cleaner was at her first location and would be at our daughters home.  This was a lie.  They rebooked after me calling and complaining for the next Monday between 12 and 2.  As I was calling them telling them again since my daughter took another day off waiting for them and no one showed, they sent a back up who locked herself out of the home when my daughter went to the store for an hour.  We had to call someone to let her in.   unreliable does not explain this company enough. Thank you, Tameika! You're amazing!<br><br>To be honest, I felt totally weird about hiring a cleaning service for a one-time clean. I have a disability and it makes some of the thorough, elbow-grease style cleaning really hard for me. Tameika did an absolutely incredible job. The booking service was super easy prior to my appointment and Tameika made every step seamless.<br><br>I mean, truly, she set such a high bar for any company I may ever use again, ever. Tameika was so efficient and quiet I barely knew she was there, and is not to mention just a very kind person. I tried my best to offer coffee and snacks, but she was so focused! Update: I had another solid cleaning. HOWEVER,  I booked an appointment 6 weeks ago for today because I had company coming in and wanted a nice clean. I never heard from the crew but found the number from a previous cleaning. I just heard back from the crew person to find they were unaware of the booking because Tim doesn't give them much work. They offered to come another day but, as I said, I needed someone today.<br>The number given on yelp does NOT work. The only way I can contact the owner is through Yelp.  I will not use nor recommend the service again. <br><br>Overall a good experience. I've booked them again. Tim was prompt to schedule and Roxie and Kenny were right on time. They accomplished a lot in the time they were there. My house was in desperate need of a cleaning and I was happy with the results. This cleaning was a gift of 4 hours and we were so looking forward to it. But it really was awful.  The house is 2600 square feet, all on one floor, lots of wood floors, but half is carpeted. The team was 10 minutes late, which would have been ok if they had stayed an extra 10 minutes to make the full 2 hours OR finished the whole house early.  But they skipped vacuuming half the house.  They used Orange Glo polish on the furniture, but didn't wipe it off, so there was lots of oil on everything.  We still can't figure out what they used to clean the tile bath floors, but it was so sticky that it took us two times to mop it off.  Meanwhile, it had been tracked through the house and made sticky residue on the wood floors too. Instead of focusing on cooking for my dinner party, I was wiping off oil, scrubbing floors, etc.  They didn't even empty the trash cans in the bathrooms.  We have had many housecleaning services over the years, with feedback that we are easy to work for and not demanding.  But this was truly awful, and we would never hire them again, nor recommend anyone else do so. I've never had a cleaning person before, so I was a little unsure of what to expect. All I know is that I'm completely overwhelmed with work and school and I needed help around the house. So, after checking reviews and reaching out to 3 cleaning companies, I decided to go with Kleen Bathrooms. I was able to book online soooooo easily and got an appointment within a few days. Deanna communicated with me to confirm the appointment and let me know when she was on her way. She was pleasant and hardworking. She did such an exceptional job, which allowed me to read and do homework for hours and walk out to a spotless house! I'm very impressed and I look forward to having her back every 3-4 weeks.
