What is there to say about Kiyomi, that’s not been said already? From the large portions, of really yummy food, the stunning interior that’s been beautifully designed, with comfort and great lighting! The staff... second to none! Very helpful, kind and considerate! The owners you will see WORKING on a daily as well! Kenny and his brother are a fantastic pairing to this great establishment! I used to think “who could beat-out these other places?” Kiyomi can! I promise you! Check out the full menu available for take-out and dinning in! Questions, just ask! Recommendations...? Absolutely delicious sushi and Asian cuisine options. Highly recommend the Chicopee Roll and Volcano roll as well as the spare ribs, pork fried rice and kani salad. Everything is great

Hands down the best Asian food in Chicopee. Incredible experience from the drinks, food, to the service. We had an array of sushi rolls, pork fried rice, spare ribs, beef teriyaki, dumplings, and ramen. Everything was a 10/10. I previously reviewed this restaurant. I was unable to reply to the employees response to my review. I think it's sad the restaurant resorted to lying to make their business seem customer service oriented. No Lin did not list the vegetables in the lo mein, neither did she offer a replacement to me when I wasn't happy. My guests spoke to her and told her they would eat my food. Not one time did she ask me if I wanted anything else. She just assumed I didn't and proceeded to ignore me each and every time she returned to the table. What the restaurant representative should have done was just apologize that my experience wasn't pleasant. Please do not lie, that is very disrespectful and unprofessional. waitresses make mistakes and have poor service at times, and every customer should be acknowledged and treated equally even if they are unhappy. Do better next time, always put your customers satisfaction ahead of your staffs pride. More...

I enjoyed the ambiance and at first the customer service was good.  then it became evident that Lin the waitress was playing favorites with my other dinner guests. Was disappointed the first time we ordered takeout when they first opened months ago... gave them a second chance in hopes of supporting local business but its a definite no go for me. Ordered 2 simple rolls & an appetizer platter. You can tell they use old oil to fry with, and to top it off found a hair in one of the crab Rangoons. The sushi is sub-par and not fresh. This was our 2nd time here & I remembered it for their incredibly delicious handrolls, seriously the best we've ever had anywhere bar none!
