Oreo is an older cat that doesn’t have any experience with grooming. She introduced her slowly and allowed her to roam around to get used to the place! Best place to get kitty groomed. So glad I found this gem! My kitty gets one on one care and gets to explore and relax so she’s not stressed. Angie is so nice with her and treats her very gentle. I’m just over the moon. I adopted my senior Sophie in December and she was in rough shape. She came to the shelter from a neglect situation. Brought my two long haired cats here for the first time and it was a such a good experience! My brave girl was so comfortable there that she was making biscuits on their ottoman within minutes. For my scaredy-cat boy it was nice that, even though he still wasn’t happy about being out of his house, he wasn’t surrounded by barking/whining dogs to make him even more nervous. I had a family member going through a lot of medical issues for a few months. While this was going on she was unable to groom the cat. Once we found out and looked at Puff we knew we needed professional help. We were able to get Puff in and WOW what a life saver Kitty Cuts was for him. The matts were very bad and he had a lot of cleaning up to do but he came out looking like a million bucks. Puff got a bath, nails done, ears cleaned and a much needed shave. This is my first time bringing both kitties for grooming, & I'm so pleased with the whole process. Angie was stellar handling my 2 boys on her own, while I had no idea what to expect. She was calm, professional, friendly, and everything my kitties needed her to be! I chose the teddy bear cut over the lion on my Norwegian, & am so glad I did. Looks great on my sweet boy. Fantastic atmosphere for cats, took much time explaining things to this newer cat owner, did the bare minimum cut to clean up the mats due to his age, thin skin & winter temperature vs doing a lion cut because that's what I requested. Angie was simply amazing. Very professional and extremely calm demeanor, no wonder the cats love her. We were nervous about our Zeus’s first time being groomed because he’s a timid little guy, but, he warmed right up to her and she worked away with him!
