We’re only at the stage of placing an order BUT, the customer service is SUPERIOR as the people at KIrsten’s Sweet Sensations (KSS) are warm (genuine hospitality! ); helpful (in guiding me to match my message to the appropriate baked goods); and demonstrating a knowledge of how to communicate the aura I would associate with a bakery. I will receive updates on the nature of the (2) cakes I have left to their ingenuity, and I have every reason to believe that Kirsten & Nick will come as good as, if not better than, advertised!
