Highly recommend Kirchman’s Private Tours for transportation while in Fredericksburg. George was a fantastic driver and my favorite part about this company is the flexibility to plan your own day on your own schedule. We visited four wineries and George shared tons of knowledge and information about the area, was super friendly and fun to engage with and had space reserved to store our wine purchases along the way. The car was new and very clean as well. We will use this company anytime we visit Fredericksburg! Thanks for making our trip worry-free and being a part of a very fun trip for us! More...

We had an amazing time in George's care during a special birthday weekend. We were comfortable during the ride and in conversation with George. We received lots of great information and laughs along the way. As a thoughtful bonus, George graciously took photos to ensure memories of our group and surprised us with lovely photos of the places we visited to capture the ambiance as well. We used this service on Saturday 11/6 for my 40th birthday celebration. George was our driver and he did an amazing job, he was at our AirBnB early and was very friendly to talk to. He knew a lot about the local vineyards and music scene and came with water bottles and plenty of storage for our wine purchases! It was so nice to not have to worry about a designated driver and just enjoy our wine tastings together, and he also took pictures that he sent us afterwards so we didn’t have to worry about that either! Highly recommend this service and would definitely use them again on future visits!! More...

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the tourism aspect of where I live. The Hill Country is a beautiful place in Texas and the wine industry is booming. I enjoy helping keep the area safe by providing my services while helping our visitors have a great time. I've met many interesting people and always looks forward to meeting new ones!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love interacting with people and my town! After speaking with numerous visitors, I decided I had a service to offer and ran with it!
Why should our clients choose you?
I customize everything to your day. Our services are for each unique client and what their needs are. If you want to curate a day of wine tasting, visiting a dance hall, and then dinner - you can! Our goal is safety, flexibility, and reliability. We have no rigid schedules, no time constrictions, and offer complete privacy!
Customized Private Tours
Completely customized services. We will work with you to plan your tour!
You choose where you want to go and how long you want to stay. If you'd like to only visit places that serve wine, you can! If you would like to mix it up and add in a distillery or brewery, you can! It's completely in your hands! We will advise you according to your tastes and preferences and help with route planning!
Don't want to worry about time or making reservations? Let George choose for you! No time constraints, no hassle, and you can choose to have what you want at each location: a bottle, glass, or tasting!
Our tours are priced according to time, NOT per person!
Even better there are no minimum group requirements to book with us!

We do provide other specialty services such as Wedding getaway cars, evening group transfers, and airport transfers. Interested in tours that do not include alcohol? We can do that too!
