I cannot emphasize enough how happy I've been with Kingsbury Web! We needed a fully functioning ecommerce site for our retail ice hockey business in Greater Boston. We had been through 2 Â designers who dropped the ball over the course of 2 years at an enormous cost to us. I met with Jon of Kingsbury Web face to face and told him what we needed stressing 1) that it be very secure and professional 2) that it would be functional in that someone who wouldn't know a code string from a shoe string could update it. The site was up and running so quickly I was caught off guard and not quite believing it. It was beautiful! It does everything we need it to as both an ecommerce site as well as giving us a tool to communicate with our local customer base and promote our brick and mortar store. And the price was so reasonable! It is exceptionally user friendly and they have been their at every turn to answer any questions and address any issues. My only regret is we didn't find Kingsbury Web sooner. What makes a great website?
Ultimately, a website that is responsive, optimized (fast) and relevant to what your customers are looking for. There are other factors to consider, but overall, achieving good positioning in Google & Bing, along with a limited bounce-rates and strong conversions (i.e. leads, sales, calls, etc.).
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are your ultimate goals for your website? For example, are you looking for brand awareness, leads, conversions, etc.? Who is your target audience?
What do you love most about your job?
I love everything IT and I'm eager to learn trending or newer technologies to broaden my experience. By keeping up with the times (i.e. SEO), I implement frequent changes to enhance my customer's appearance on the web.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With over 15 years of experience in the IT Industry, i've grown Kingsbury Web through my experience all by word-of-mouth referrals. I'm pleased to make my customers happy by meeting or exceeding all of their expectations.
