I attended a wedding here a few weeks ago, and the place is beautiful! We also attended the ceremony here, and had a little time in between so we went to the "Cpub" for a cocktail. I attended a wedding at King's Court Castle this past January, and I have been meaning to leave a review...I just wanted to comment that we had such a great time, the hall, property and chapel were just beautiful, even in winter! I also want to add that my husband and I both suffer from food allergies and the staff/chef had no problem accommodating those needs, and made us a great meal that we could enjoy. Job well done!! My sister had her wedding here in October. It was really nice and I would recommend it overall as a venue. They could spend some time and money on a few things to really make it a homerun. The parking throughout the whole place needs to be resurfaced or redone, the chapel is cool, but could really use some updates, especially in the rooms for the wedding party, just because you tend to take quite a few photos in there. The staff was great, but they could use a more hands on wedding coordinator to help with the day instead of someone popping in one in a while to remind you to clean up after yourself by a certain time. They could also use some updates to the shared spaces at the reception venue. But it's a great place for a wedding, with a cool look overall and lots of onsite amenities. More...

My wife and I got married here. It was kind of an up and down ride. We were originally told that the fireplace worked in the hall we rented, but it didn't. They did resolve it by giving us a discount on rental, which was really great. They also worked with us since we wanted to use drink tickets to make sure people didn't get too hammered. The food is also wonderful. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a whimsical wedding with a medieval and castle feel. More...

Beautiful castle. We went to a Harry Potter event here, and it was as if you walked into the entrance hall of Hogwarts. The banisters, wood work, tapestries, and set up of the entrance room is quite stunning. The other rooms were nice too. As far as being a castle goes the main building is kinda small. There is the entry hall, a balcony upstairs, the restaurant, and two (possibly three, there was a set of doors closed) other rooms. The two rooms were decent size, but not huge. There are a bunch of other little shops around the grounds. They are set up to look nice. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the smell coming from it was mouth watering. More...
