We are very pleased with the service we received from Kinetic Movers. When I first inquired about their service, they were prompt with their reply and they kept me updated every step of the way, including reminder texts and calls. The three gentlemen that arrived were prompt, courteous and professional. They treated us and our belongings with respect and care. They gave us the option of using our own rental truck or providing one, which I thought was a wonderful option. The rates were extremely fair and reasonable. We had several large and heavy items but they handled them perfectly. While i don't ever want to move again, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing moving service. More...

Karsten and Mikey were amazing! I moved from PA to SC and had no stress thanks to these guys! They were very accommodating and kept in touch the whole trip. These guys totally ROCKED moving our hot tub! The hot tub was huge and in a difficult location. I warned them ahead of time it wasn't going to be an easy one. Kinetic Movers not only came in prepared but had such a great attitude and tackled the challenge without batting an eye! They were professional, fast and worked together well. They kept us informed through the whole planning process leading up to the move and did check in calls. They went above and beyond and the price was extremely reasonable. DO NOT RECOMMEND: PLEASE READ! I hired Kinetic Movers to unload a truck for me on Friday, 3/19/2021. I informed the scheduler and owner (Alexandria Gale) that I had just received a brand new LG side-by-side InstaView door-in-door luxury refrigerator from Home Depot and would like it moved to the second floor. She informed me that she would send two experienced movers who could move the refrigerator to the second floor. I was excited because I couldn't wait to use my new refrigerator. The delivery service from Home Depot was unable to move the refrigerator to the second floor. He stated that he could not remove the stair rails or wall rails to get the refrigerator up the stairs. I decided to trust Alexandria Gale and Kinetics because she assured me they would do a great job. The movers appeared professional and were very polite. In fact, one of the movers was part owner of the business. Unfortunately, I made a terrible mistake hiring Kinetic Movers LLC in Waynesboro, PA. Not only did they drop my brand new LG refrigerator down the stairs, ruin my brand new luxury floors, walls, and rip my carpet on the second landing, they LIED AND SAID THEY WERE INSURED. The scheduler and part-owner, Alexandria Gale, asked if I would be willing to settle the claim for the damages with them (the owners) instead of the insurance company; however, when it came time to settle, they denied causing some of the damages and refused to replace my brand new refrigerator that I owned for less than 20 minutes. I informed the owners that I'd prefer to file a claim with their insurance company. However, when I asked for the insurance company's name, the owner, Alexandria Gale, finally admitted that they had NO insurance and tried to lowball me on the damages. She told me to buff the scratches off my brand new Platinum refrigerator and accept $1,150 for all the damages (including brand new floors and carpet), which she would deduct $350 for her movers, leaving a balance of $800. I'd like to add that her movers told me after they ruined the floors in my BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME and my BRAND NEW REFRIGERATOR ($1800), they would NOT charge me for the move!! This has caused me unnecessary stress and major inconveniences after building a home, moving long-distance, and not moving into my home. I would advise anyone who has anything of value to NOT use Kinetic Movers LLC in Waynesboro, PA, or this company (if they change their location)!!! I have pictures and videos of the damages. I have reported them to the BBB. I will have my homeowner's insurance go after them for all my money and/or lawsuit if they don't give me all of my money. Dr. Benton More...
