Absolutely phenomenal experience all around. Hotel staff is eager and willing to help you with everything and anything. We had a slight inconvenience in our hotel room and we were promptly switched to another room with even better accommodations. We we’re told our room might be a bit smaller, which was fine by us. Upon entering our new room we were blown away. Magnificent in every way. Tatiana, Conner, Trevor, Joe, everyone we encountered were delightful, prompt, and amazing with our three children, 12,8, & 4. This space is gorgeous, we loved the design. My girlfriend and I have stayed at a few Kimpton hotels, this one did not disappoint. Loved the hotel. Totally chic. Rooms are amazing. The yoga mats super thoughtful. Very dog friendly as are all Kimptons. Unfortunately hotel fully booked and under staffed so room service was horrid. But that's OK. Tons of great places to eat. Loved all of Matt's recommendations. More...

Price is way too much for the area, no coffee pot in room, no microwave in room, no fitted sheets on the bed. We wish the hours were a bit longer for the Resturant, they didn’t let us know that the roof top was closed for a private party ahead of time and that was one reason we came here .
