We hired Kimery as a day-of coordinator for our 8/3/19 wedding in Studio City. Kimery is very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable about all things wedding. Â And a great sense of humor! She made sure my wedding went off without a hitch. When I accidentally got red on my dress from my bouquet, she even knew how to erase it just as the ceremony was starting!Early on in the planning process, she created an extremely detailed timeline to make sure everything ran smoothly from getting ready, to cake cutting. Â Kimery was involved with all of the vendors, and even ordered and picked up my place cards a few days before the wedding. All the while making me feel like I was her only client. On the day of the wedding, Kimery and her assistant had everything in place and ready to go in plenty of time for the ceremony to start. Â She stayed through the reception to make sure everything ran smoothly, and was a go-between between myself and the vendors. We were first connected to Kimery when we planned to have our wedding at the Malibu Jewish Center. When plans changed to Newport Beach, we knew we had to take her with us! Kimery is friendly, quick to respond, detail oriented, and you can tell she has a lot of experience. We literally had no issues on our wedding day because of her. I worked with Kimery at a event recently and I was highly impressed at how she ran the timeline like a well-oiled machine. I had done several gigs at this venue in the past and this was the first time that I had such a great experience with the staff and management there. Â This event was a plush wonderland and the guests enjoyed every minute of it. Kimery left no detail to chance and her attention to all the big and small things paid off immensely. I love working with party planners that cover everything so well that I only have to worry about my own duties. KImery is AMAZINGGGG!!!! I cannot say enough good things about her. She is responsive, kind, extremely helpful, great at her job and a pleasure to work with. She provided "day of coordination" for my wedding but it was really so much more than that. She made everything pretty seamless and had great thoughts on planning and execution. Of all the vendors that I had, I would insist anyone who got married near LA use her. Do yourself a favor and hire her, it truly will make the planning so much easier for you! More...

This was my first wedding I made as a mother . We are always telling our children one can never be too prepared for any event . Well, nothing is more true then for a wedding , and no one can help prepare mother and bride more then Kimery Sherwood. She will attend to each person in the family paying attention to every one , making each person feel they alone are her exclusive client . Actually, she makes you feel more like a family friend , rather then a business asssociate, which is really comforting in this stressful trying time. Kimery stays focused and on top of the situation , making sure you don't lag behind . Most important she never makes you feel you are bothering her , or asking too much of her. That is something you will find is most valuable in the wedding planning process. Oh, and did I mention she has a fabulous sense of humor and tons of fun just to be around , so how can I say anymore I can't give a higher rating !!!!!!! More...

Kimery did such an amazing job planning my wedding. She was there to answer any and all questions and just make me feel at ease when I was very stressed out. Kimery responded very quickly to my emails and called me several times just to "check-in." Kimery really knows how to help a bride feel calm and like everything will be taken care of. If there were 10 stars, Kimery would get 11! Kimery was everything we hoped she would be in helping coordinate our wedding to make it even more than we ever dreamed it could be. We were planning our wedding in LA from across the country and we thought the planning piece was going to be extremely difficult and time consuming. We spoke with Kimery on the phone first and from the first 5 minutes of talking with her, we knew we were in good hands. We planned a trip to LA 3 months before our wedding to meet with Kimery in person and thought we would return home with a list of vendors to choose from. To our surprise and joy, after meeting with Kimery in person, we returned home already having the venue, photographer, and florist all booked. Just by asking us about what we wanted our wedding to look like, Kimery knew exactly which direction to point us in. In addition, Kimery was always a quick phone call, text, or email away and was extremely quick at getting back to us to answer all of our questions and concerns. In the days leading up to the wedding, Kimery provided an extremely detailed timeline of what the wedding day would look like and when our wedding day came, she stuck to it with precision. We absolutely felt like guests at our own wedding. The entire time, Kimery was in direct contact with all of our vendors to make sure everything was on schedule and going according to plan. Kimery made planning our wedding less stressful in ways we did not think were possible. On our wedding day, she brought her assistant Jessica who was outstanding in helping with our music and the flow of the evening. Kimery was an absolute pleasure to work with! Kimery was an amazing person to work with for our wedding.  She kept everyone calm, organized, and remembering what was really important about the wedding and the whole experience of getting married.  All of our guests told us they had a great time and that it was a really beautiful wedding, that everything flowed really well and was obviously well planned and executed.  That's all thanks to Kimery!  I was amazed at how Kimery and her assistant Jessica  were able to get everything back to our hotel room at the end of the evening -- in fact, I was thinking that night, "I wonder if we have the champagne glasses? I bet the hotel staff took them away after dinner and they're in the kitchen somewhere getting washed...." But no, they were in the room packed nicely in a box, and I didn't have to lift a finger. AMAZING!Kimery is the sweetest lady, and she kept a happy smile on her face, making sure we all felt comfortable and secure in all the details during the entire planning process. We hired Kimery as our wedding coordinator right after we got engaged and we could not be happier with the results of her services! She made us feel like a priority right from the beginning, really helped our vision come to life and made sure we worked with vendors that we genuinely liked and felt comfortable with. My husband and I never felt stressed or overwhelmed throughout the planning process because Kimery made the entire journey feel so effortless. My husband was working full time and I was in school full time and working part time so we really had very little free time to plan our wedding. Kimery organized all the moving pieces, set up vendor meetings and handled all the tiny details in the months leading up to the big day. It rained on the day of the wedding and we had planned for an elaborately detailed outdoor ceremony to be set up. Within the span of a few hours, Kimery was able to transform our vision for that outdoor ceremony to inside the venue and the result could not have turned out better! We had our daughter's wedding last Saturday, July 18th. Kimery was with us all the way since months before, planning and organizing this special event for us. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns. She is very resourceful and adept at what she is doing. At the day of the wedding we had planned to hold the ceremony outside in the gardens, but unfortunately the weather forecast showed rain at the time that we were going to have the ceremony. Kimery was so helpful in rearranging everything and moving the ceremony inside. It was a beautiful set up. During wedding, we did not have to worry about anything, everything was under control. Kimery and her assistants managed everything beautifully. Her services were truly worth the money that we spent for the wedding coordinator. After months of planning and deciding how to proceed we landed at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu. Â They indicated that they needed an attached coordinator so we went on the hunt. Â Kimery came highly recommended and we completely understand why. Â While we thought we were very organized and had it all together, it was clear we would never make it without some very experienced help. Â Kimery made the experience so incredibly easy and enjoyable. Â She worked hard facilitating last minute details right up to the wedding. Â On the day, we were able to relax and enjoy our party without worrying about anything. Â Kimery made our celebration as seamless as possible and we were left to enjoy it and not stress.
