Only gym I’ve ever paid a membership for. Dumbbells up to 110lbs, plenty of Rogue barbells, rogue bumper plates, speed ropes, squat racks for days, more than enough benches, gymnastics rings, sleds, 20yds of turf, cold filtered water, concept row machine, weighted vests, awesome bathrooms, and more. Kilo caters to its members. Hands down! I've been a member of many gyms but this is the only one where I felt like the owners care about you. They are constantly looking for feedback on how to make it a better gym and respond to it by actually making changes. Kilo has awesome equipment that is centered for those who are into powerlifting, Oly lifting, and general strength and conditioning.
