If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I contacted them just to clean my kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and 2 floors. Someone was supposed to come by on 7/19 to give me a price quote, but they never showed. Instead, I received a text saying that they would not make it, but that the cleaning I requested would cost $70 (I was shocked at how expensive it could be to clean 3 small rooms, but decided to move forward anyway, but I never mind paying a little more for good service). We proceeded to schedule an appointment for a cleaning on Friday 7/20 at "around 4:45PM". I left work early and rushed my two small children home to make our appointment. At 6:30PM, I texted to request an updated ETA. No one responded, and no one ever showed up to clean. I would never recommend this company to anyone who values communication or common courtesy.
