We are driving cross country with our lab and needed a place for him to stay while we visited friends of ours. Everyone we worked with was wonderful! They helped me coordinate with my vet in NC so that we could easily come in to town and drop him off. The PAWMS team did so with fairly short notice (3 weeks) making sure we had a space so close to 4th of July. The team was very responsive in all forms of contact. Absolutely love this place for my dog! The staff is incredibly sweet and takes such great care of our fur child. They recognize her immediately and are so excited to have her for daycare or being boarded. ..which does this mama's heart a lot of good when we drop her off! To say we are impressed by The Pawms is an understatement! We have never boarded our dogs... we have 3 large dogs that we absolutely LOVE! A friend convinced us to try them for a Christmas trip we were planning. We are so grateful! I boarded my dog Dior for a week for training and begin day daycare once a week. After I picked her up from being boarded I was informed that there was a case of kennel cough going around.
