AMAZING!! Fast paced, heart pounding, killer workout!!! I was nervous at first but the class flew by and I was shocked when it was over. I burned 330 calories in 30 minutes! I'll take that ;) Leave it all on the mat and be home in time to meet the kids at the bus stop. Teenagers love that! Can't wait for my next class!! ❤ ❤ More...
