Poor customer service. Doesn’t respond with multiple contact attempts. I’ve left several messages, voice text and email. I get it, life happens and we all get busy. But she is running a business and collecting advance payments, you must honor your word. If someone pays for a package that includes a team photo, a 5x7 individual, and some trading cards you complete the order in its entirety. If you accidentally leave out one component that was promised, you make good on your obligation immediately. You don’t let the customer send email after email, and ignore them.
