Not only is Kristen a talented photographer, she is clearly very passionate about the work she does. I’m not the most comfortable behind the camera, and she was extremely patient, uplifting and easy to work with. I’ve had photos taken by Kristen before and have always been really happy with the end results. She recently took professional headshots of me and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I did a mini portrait session with Kristen and it was absolutely amazing. We were in a crowded space but she made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. She even caught some candids of me laughing that I now adore - even when I tend to shy away from smiling in photos. I was looking for a talented photographer who was comfortable, brave and quite honestly just willing to do a creative bridal boudoir shoot for me. I wanted to have sexy photos for myself to look back on and to gift to my future husband. Kristen was actually the first person I thought of who I would also be comfortable with taking these photographers since it would be a really intimate session. I reached out to her and she was just as stoked as I was to do this which I loved and appreciated! Up until the actual shoot Kristen was always updating me and prepped for our session. She made sure to prioritize the images I wanted and get those within the time allotted. The day of the shoot I was in a tizzy, nothing was going right and Kristen reassured me with her composed and relaxed demeanor. She was super patient with me even though I was late and was encouraging and comforting throughout the next few hours. She also talked to me about anything I was not comfortable with which I truly appreciated. I should mention I also have never been professionally photographed like this so I had no clue what I was doing but she was great at coaching and directed me with what to do with my hands, face and body. She continuously checked on me to make sure I was feeling good and comfortable and communicated clearly along the way, sharing her shots with me to make sure we were on the same page. Kristen was a one woman show and super impressive to see in action. Her natural creativity came through as I watched her move around the space creating new scenes and styles, determined to get THE shot no matter what she had to stand on or what awkward position she needed to be in! The fact that Kristen even took this on was amazing to me because although she earned her certificate for Portraits she had never done anything like boudoir before and was so open to researching it herself and getting that exposure. Overall I am so happy I had the nerve to do it and the turn around time was so quick! I got to see some sneak peaks and I honestly cannot believe its me in those photographs! She has a crazy talent that leaves clients like me breathless after seeing the finished product of her work. I would highly recommend Kristen and I hope this has compelled you to consider hiring her for your next shoot. More...

I do not even know where to begin... Goodness. Okay. First of all, Kristen is truly a pure human being. She will take your needs and wants into consideration, then make them work- even if it is not beneficial for her. When it comes to the pre-shoot process, she is extremely flexible with her time, again, putting you first. The project is also something she takes extremely seriously, so do not be surprised if she comes up with amazing ideas out of thin air, because this will most likely happen. The shoot itself is obviously going to depend on the content. However, whether portrait style photos or taking photos for a show etc., imagine a faerie nimbly putting together a spell. Every detail is important and she floats around with ease. Even if the position may not be the safest, to make sure she gets the best shot, she will risk possible safety to take the best photos possible. That, and she almost sparkles like a magical being when she gets a shot she is proud of. Post shoot, she is in constant contact, and the turn around on photo edits is disgustingly fast, like lightning. Working with her is a a joy! Her style, demeanor, and professionalism are something to admire but, her soul is something to consider yourself lucky to be around. She is a true artist.
