The owner would be well served to understand courtesy and communication with staff. The owner attempted to make refrigerator cleaning an up charge and continued to stated that I should have selected it, as an add on. I explained the option was not available, which would lead me to believe that cleaning is included. I sent her a screen shot . Rather than say , hey you're right, I will take it up with Thumbtack and provide a courtesy, she became argumentative and down right unbearable. The gentleman who completed the cleaning, u have no qualms with, he did a fair job. I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone, however if the gentleman doing the cleaning ever starts a business, I would hire him. Only reason you made it to 2 stars. More...
