I booked her once & had a weird experience. There was no personality, she never smiled and just kind of told us to stand here, stand there. It was a very bland interaction. I liked the final product however, so I booked again later on. She had to reschedule due to weather and she offered the next day and a specific time. She blew off the appointment completely. I couldn't get a hold of her the day of and she finally responded saying she basically forgot. We waited for her for 45 minutes with no communication. There's no phone number anywhere listed. She said she over slept and forgot about the appointment. It was wild because she is the one that suggested the new time and it was only a day later. I had gathered my whole family, wasted a trip, time, clothes, makeup, frustration. I noticed recently she had blocked me entirely on FB, even though I never said I'd never book with her again. She refunded my money for her mistake, but that's all. I just feel she is truly an unprofessional artist. More...

I booked a last minute mommy and me session with Key, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I am absolutely in love with my photos! IN. LOVE. We also had time to sneak in my husband for a few family photos. BONUS! She captured some great images of my son, who doesn't like smiling for the camera. If she sees a phone or camera in his face, he will avoid it like the plague! Somehow she was able to get terrific shots of his beautiful smile! I was able to see a sneak peek of my photos the same night and received my online gallery in 2 days. I had a few (understatement) requests, and she took care of it promptly! We had a little mini session with my 6 month old and my fiancé. It was quick and easy, which was great esp with a 6 month old! She sent me a sneak peak within a few hours and then the rest of the remaining pictures shortly after. I have never been so pleased with pictures, they were truly amazing and just what I wanted. We booked Key on a whim for engagement photos at IKEA (we love playing in IKEA). We (Us and Key) worked together to come up with ideas from start to finish. She worked with our schedule and help with everything from what to wear, what poses we could do, proper angles, and it didn't feel awkward like most photoshoots.
