This past year was our second vacation to Key West, and our second time staying at the Marriott. This place does NOT disappoint! The staff and everyone are so accommodating, we had very long flights getting to Key West & were just so tired by the time we arrived. The front desk staff greeted us when we walked in. They have a shuttle service that takes you to & from the airport. When you arrive, all you have to do is call them, they ask for your name and reservation & it takes less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, where we were also greeted very kindly! Not to mention, this is the most beautiful hotel to stay at. It does not even feel like one, it feels more like a mini condo or apartment! The rooms are spacious, and very comfortable. We had a pool side view for both of our stays. There is a also a shuttle service that runs every hour to Duval Street, which is also a plus! We have never had any problems with this hotel, we love it every time we visit. It makes you sad when you have to leave. The environment here & all around Key West makes you never want to leave. We stayed two nights in the ocean view presidential suite with our two year old son. The suite was beautiful and clean, plus the view and private beach were perfect. Shuttle service to the city was punctual and professional and the hotel staff were great. The pool and hot tub were open 24 hours which was so great compared to most other hotels in the Keys which closed at dusk. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip! More...

he hotel was very clean and the room was well appointed and very luxurious. The staff was very accommodating. The grounds were well maintained. Linens and bedding was very comfortable and of high quality. The only complaint we had was the pool bar food. We ordered extra well done (crispy) chicken wings and pizza. Both were so gross that we took one bite and left them on the bar. Room service food was decent but they got our order wrong each time we ordered. Just the drink orders so it wasn’t that big of a deal because we had other drinks in our refrigerator. The food down in the lobby restaurant was great. Breakfast was perfect with a variety of things to choose from on the buffet that was all fresh and hadn’t been sitting in the steamer for too long.The tapas food at night was outstanding! We didn’t try this til the last night and had wished we had gone the other nights before. We finally got our extra crispy wings and they were fabulous. Other items equally as good. Transportation and shuttle was a great bonus. Saved us from having to use a taxi since we didn’t rent a car. More...

This place is gorgeous! When we arrived we were told our room was ready but if we didn’t mind waiting we could have an upgrade. Ok so why not? We we given champagne and walked around for a very short time. Well we were upgraded to an absolutely beautiful three bedroom condo right on the beach! What more could you ask for? Very Nice Place: service was great. Staff from the front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and attentive to needs. Hotel itself was great!! The pool bar was fun, Restaurant inside was real fancy looking with a great Bar. We encountered a few problems, not enough bath towels or toiletries, had to ask housekeeping.Made a dinner reservation with concierge because the lounge was closed, concierge encountered problems with computer, said would be taken care of, but wasn't once we got there for the tine we had reserved, so we had to wait 45 minutes while everyone else walked in. .
