How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2017 servicing the Grand Rapids, Holland, and Hersey Michigan areas and we started out servicing Hoarder Houses and deep clean move-outs for apartment complexes so we have seen the worst of the worst, nothing is too bad for us. It might take longer to service the job but we always pull through for our customers.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we bring our own equipment and supplies. Everything is included in the cleaning quote.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love the most about what I do is the look of relief on our customer's faces when we tell them we can help them when they had been turned down by other companies. I love that our schedule is flexible and we offer a lot of amenities most cleaning companies don't, for example, we can do deep clean move-outs where we can schedule a roll-off and do the cleaning all you have to do is pay and give us access. I also love that we are dependable, which in this economy and society is a rarity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to create my own business is I love to clean and I have a high expectation of service, I wasn't seeing that in the industry so I decided to put my mark on it, and since we have been very successful.

We can provide estimates online, however, they are most times higher than if we were to come and see the unit that is to be serviced.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We utilize cleaning products that have been proven in our industry including Suprox-D and white distilled vinegar which continuously cleans 48 hours after application, we use masks and shoe booties to not track in dirt, multiple towels, and color towel system to prevent cross-contamination and a rigorous check system to make sure we are cleaning from top to bottom, back to front and inside and outside to give a 360 cleaning.
Residential Standard Cleaning
This is all surfaces top to bottom, inside and out cleaning that includes detailed rotational cleaning. The first cleaning is the longest because it's detailed from the light switches and door knobs to the doors and baseboards. We also disinfect everything that is in the home that is to be serviced.
Senior Package
This package is the Residential Standard Cleaning for the following individuals 55 and older: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen we also change the bed sheets and complete one basket, and we provide, clothing wash services, medication pick up, and trash bin recovery if requested.
Family Reoccurring Service Package
This package is for busy families with one or more children. This includes the Residential Standard Cleaning and deep clean rotational services, trash removal, and toy sanitizing services if requested. Families that choose this package are happy with the high standard of cleaning and special incentive gifts we give the children for clean rooms.
Post Construction Cleaning Package
This service is usually for those that have had construction done in the unit/home and they need a professional to clean top to bottom because debri is covering everything in their home. This service is intensive and sometimes can take more than a day, more information is required to give an accurate quote.
