I couldn’t even do a full body push up when starting working out with K!

She made sure throughout our time together that I could reach my goals.

K took me out of my comfort zone and now I feel stronger than ever , not to mention that booty and legs have never looked better 😄.

She’s passionate about her job, making sure she has the best workouts for her clients based in individual needs and goals and that reflects in results.

I have been training with Key Fitness for two years and am seeing great results! Kourtnee does an excellent job of helping me reach my fitness goals and keeping me on track with my workout schedule. Kourtney is amazing! She has put me through a lot of fun and effective workouts. She is organized, efficient, and super attentive as far as making sure my form is good. Couldn’t ask for better!!!!

First by assessing the client’s baseline fitness level. Then we take it from there and make small progressions weekly. We do 6 week check-ins to measure how the client is progressing.

No shortcuts. Consistency with health and fitness as a lifestyle. (It’s okay to be flexible though! Love yourself and live a little!)

I enjoy most of all when clients are feeling good about their progress. That’s the most rewarding part of my job.

I was inspired to start my own business because I have a huge passion for helping others look and feel their best. I believe movement is something so many of us take for granted until we can’t do it without pain anymore or until we just can’t do it at all. I want to help as many people as possible move better, get stronger, improve their flexibility, balance, body awareness... you name it. It’s all so important.

Because I want to see each and every client progress and succeed. What I do is really meaningful for me, and I put a lot into it. I want my clients to do the same so that they get the most out of each and every session. I want to see every client reach their goals and go on to make new ones.
